Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Kidzem.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.

  • Products purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return (unless defective).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened/used:

  • Baby care and feeding products.

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., bottles, pacifiers, bedding once opened).

  • Customized or personalized products.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or higher value (customer pays the
    difference).
     Delivery charges for exchanges are borne by the customer (unless Kidzem is at fault).
  • We allow product exchanges for size, color, or defect issues (subject to availability).

  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order if they wish to exchange.

4. Refunds

  •  Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not available.
     Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash within 5–7
    working days.
     Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
    (wrong/damaged item).
  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method or store credit if requested.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items).

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos as proof.

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.

  3. Ship the product to our return address (provided upon approval).

  4. Once inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.

7. Cancellation & Order Changes

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours before shipping.

  • After shipping, please follow the standard return/exchange process.
