At Kidzem, we welcome bulk orders for toys and kids’ products. Whether you are a school, daycare center, corporate organization, event planner, or reseller, our Bulk Orders Policy is designed to give you special discounts, reliable delivery, and dedicated customer support.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) 

Bulk orders apply for a minimum purchase of 20 items or more.
 Discounts and pricing vary depending on order size, product category, and availability.

 Payment Terms

 For bulk orders, advance payment may be required (partial or full).
 Payment methods: Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash.
 COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available for bulk orders.

 Delivery for Bulk Orders

 Bulk orders may take 5–10 working days depending on the order size and delivery
location.
 Nationwide delivery across Pakistan via our courier partners.
 For very large orders, custom delivery arrangements can be discussed.

Customization & Special Requests 

On request, we may arrange special product sourcing, gift packaging, or branding for
bulk orders (extra charges may apply).
Schools and organizations can request invoices and official receipts.

Returns & Exchanges for Bulk Orders 

 Returns/exchanges are not applicable on bulk orders unless products are damaged or
incorrect.
Damaged/incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with
pictures/videos.
